At Breeze Smoke Shop, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase of Breeze Pro vapes. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make your shopping experience smooth, secure, and worry-free.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of vaping products and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly work with you to make it right.

  • Unopened Items: You may return unopened and unused Breeze Pro devices within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • Defective Products: If your item arrives faulty or does not work as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

  • Wrong Item Shipped: If we send the wrong flavor or product, we will cover the return shipping and ensure you get the correct item quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team  with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos or video evidence (if applicable)

We’ll provide you with the next steps and return instructions.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Please ensure all returns are sent back in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.
